At the end of May 2013, Mr. Björn Rittstieg – Business Development Manager of DIGI-TEXX visited key customers as well as new potential customers in Europe.
It’s one of the annual customer care activities of DIGI-TEXX. The Meetings was successful related to improvements of the communication, processes and general issues with our existing customers. Also the introduction of our new services to customers was important meeting to develop our business and exploit potential future business.
“The yearly trip to Europe is from my side very important. In the time of Telephone, Internet and Emails a personal face to face meeting is in my mind very important for a successful business relation. Also the visit of our core customers to make improvements and have discussions with the team in Europe helps both sides to be more efficient in the work together. I am looking forward to the next trip in 2014.” Mr. Björn Rittstieg shared about the trip.
